GENERAL CONDITIONS:
FIRST: Reservations will only be confirmed if the corresponding deposit has been paid, and will only be valid for the persons and dates indicated.
In case of cancellation, if the client gives more than 15 days notice, the deposit will be returned in full. In case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice, the establishment will keep the reservation deposit as a cancellation fee. The date of the cancellation request will be understood as from the day an e-mail confirming the cancellation is sent.
Covid clause: The reservation will be refunded in full even within 15 days before the date of entry, if the relevant authorities establish mobility restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
SECOND: Before entering the house, the rest of the amount of the stay will be paid. The house will be handed over on the day of departure in the same conditions in which it was handed over at the time of entry. The client undertakes, at the end of the contract, to hand over the premises, furniture and equipment in the same condition in which he/she received them, the client being responsible for the replacement and repair of any losses and damage that may be attributable to them.
We reserve the right to ask for a deposit of 200 euros together with the payment of the reservation, which will remain in deposit at the time and will be returned within a period not exceeding 48 hours after departure if there are no damages or extra cleaning costs, both exterior and interior, which will be deducted from the deposit.
THIRD: As a general rule, no more people will be admitted than those stipulated in this contract. If there is a need to accommodate a larger number of people, the property must be notified to authorise their accommodation.
In the event of an inspection of the house by the Guardia Civil if they find more people than those declared, the responsibility will be the responsibility of the contracting or signing traveller.
FOURTH: Check-in time will be from 17:00 hours and check-out time will be at 12:00 hours.
This timetable can be modified upon request by the client and with the authorisation of the property.
FIFTH: The rent includes: bed and bathroom linen, bathroom utensils, running water and electricity, electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, cleaning utensils, furniture, and cleaning before arrival. During the stay the cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
SIXTH: The property may automatically terminate the contract in the following cases:
-Excess of the number of authorised occupants.
-Improper or unjustified use of the fire extinguisher. In which case you will also have to pay an additional €500 per damaged fire extinguisher.
-Failure to comply with the usual rules of civility, hygiene, coexistence or public order.
SEVENTH: Liabilities excluded from the property:
-Theft, loss or damage that clients may suffer during their stay in the rented accommodation.
The cut-off of electricity, water or gas supplies.
-The breakage of electrical appliances or any other appliance forming part of the accommodation must be reported to the property immediately so that the appropriate Technical Service can be notified, but failure by this service to provide assistance will not be grounds for any compensation whatsoever.
-The works that the Town Hall or other companies outside the Rural House may carry out in the vicinity and that may affect the normal development of the client’s stay.
Any type of major, natural or similar cause that prevents the enjoyment of the facilities of the Rural House.
EIGHTH: The fencing limiting access to the swimming pool will always remain closed to prevent children from accessing the pool without the permanent supervision of the responsible adult, with parents or guardians being responsible for the use of the facilities as well as for the safety measures.
NINTH: In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, I give my consent for the data I provide to be included in an automated file owned by PRC BROKER, S.L. and to be used for its customer database and I declare that I am informed of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition that I may exercise at the address at Cl Asunción 22. 41011 Sevilla.
